225 Rue de l’Université.
This is my top choice when trying to get the perfect view of the Eiffel Tower. It's right around the corner but the only difference is that there are barley any tourists in sight! It's peaceful and calm and you can spend ages trying to get that perfect shot without feeling like you're bugging the people around you (or vice versa).
Arc De Triomphe
Place Charles de Gaulle, 75008
Slightly more touristy but still very central are the views from Arc de Tripomphe. You do have to purchase a ticket but I think its defiantly worth it, the views from 270 steps high are magical. You get that full 360 view of Paris including the Eiffel Tower.
Place du Trocadéro, 75016
The most touristy of all is the Trocadero - but the Eiffel Tower is in perfect shot to get that epic selfie. My top tips are to get there early, as in 7am because not only will you get there in time for golden hour but there won't be another person in sight. It's like having the city all to yourself.

64 Boulevard Haussmann, 75009
I wish somewhere like this existed in London. It's the most chilled out cafe to soak up some epically beautiful views. With a self service station and a rooftop terrace its basically almost free for anyone. Oh, forgot to mention the coolest part, its above a department store! After some window shopping through Chanel and Gucci you can wander up to the top floor, grab a glass of wine or coffee and watch the sunset over Paris.
